Please place your garbage cart curbside on the night before your scheduled pickup day. There are occasional unforeseen circumstances which may force us to change our routes, which may result in your trash being picked up earlier or later than normal.
Please bag all trash. This helps to prevent stray trash from blowing out of bins when dumping, and it will help maintain the cleanliness of your can.
Please assist us by maintaining the quality of trash cans and recycling bins. Sanitation Solutions will
not be responsible for damaged cans due to negligence on part of homeowner. Please pull your cans
and bins in from curb after each pickup to ensure that cans are not hit by other cars. We also suggest
that you periodically hose out & clean can with bleach or a similar cleaning agent.
Yard waste is picked up weekly (for Unincorporated Gwinnett customers, see below exception). Yard waste is accepted weekly on your regular garbage day, with an 8 bag limit per week. Yard clippings must be bagged in brown paper yard waste bags and placed beside your garbage can for pick up.
Yard waste does not include the following items: Logs, Tree Trunks, Whole Trees, Dirt, Rocks, Pieces
of Brick or Concrete, or construction debris.
Yard Waste Exception — Unincorporated Gwinnett customers must subscribe to Yard Waste Service. Please call our office to sign up for the service. The cost is $120 per year, billed semi-annually (January to June, and July – December). In an effort to plan for equipment and labor, the cost cannot be divided into any other time increments.
